To get the onboarding process started, we require an initial payment that covers the first three months of the DynamiCare service.

Refund policy: Your initial payment is fully refundable up until the point we ship out substance testing equipment and the equipment is opened. If you have not yet been sent test equipment or you return unopened test equipment to us, you will receive a full refund. However, after test equipment has been shipped and opened, you can no longer receive a full refund. Instead, you will receive a partial refund for the amount of incentive funds that have not yet been earned by the person you are supporting.
